Compare the weekly deviation statement and monthly regional energy account with the station's own meter readings, declared capability and schedule revisions, block by block. Commercial can object to wrong volumes or charges with supporting data and settle only the agreed amount with the pool account.

Connect each delaying event or change instruction to the site diary, contractual notice, time impact analysis and cost build-up in a single claim file. Contracts can preserve entitlement to extension of time and cost and track each claim through determination, negotiation or arbitration.

Obtain transmission right-of-way and settle landowner compensation

Link each tower location's survey numbers, owners and land values to the district assessment order, landowner consent and signed payment receipt. The Land and Right-of-Way team can release cleared locations for foundation and stringing work and take obstructions to the District Magistrate.
