Match each labour contractor's licence, wage register, bank wage payments and PF and ESI challans against daily gate attendance for the month. Human Resources can withhold shortfalls from the contractor's bill, and Finance pays affected workers or funds directly.

Dispatch hazardous waste with manifests and file the annual return

Match each hazardous waste manifest, weighment slip and returned receiver copy against the waste register and the transporter's and facility's authorisations. Environment, Health and Safety can file the annual pollution control return from a reconciled register, and Finance pays only for matched consignments.
